About Me
I’m someone who enjoys the simple things in life. Family time, cooking at home, being outside, a good workout and becoming skillful in all that I do. I view self care as one of my hobbies. I live, breath and consume all things that have to do with thriving.
I’m fully aware that I or anyone else will not live forever. Taking really good care of myself is not about living forever or being perfect, it’s about making the best out of what I've got, being as self-sufficient as possible and helping people do the same for themselves.

Who It's For
I work with a wide variety of people including but not limited to busy parents and professionals, athletes, elders, teens, people who are injured or recovering from surgery. As long as you're willing there’s always something you can do to make progress on your goals.
If you live in or around the north shore of Long Island NY, I'm currently training people at G2 Training in Syosset New York. If you live anywhere else in Nassau County, I do in-home training as well.

My Experience With Health & Fitness
1990 - 2002
2003 - 2010
2011 - 2017
2018 - 2019
2020 - Present
As a kid I was an avid cyclist doing long distance rides and races. I also dabbled in various martial arts like Karate, Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts. I played a few sports like baseball, bowling & badminton.
At this point I worked in home improvement and construction with my uncle Bill, which is where I learned many things, one of them being the value of hard work. I also started working with people and their dogs. I trained, boarded and hiked with them which kept me active throughout the day.
As a young adult I got into some unhealthy habits like eating junk food, drinking and smoking. I gained a lot of weight and grew to dislike myself. My unhealthy habits greatly outweighed my healthy ones. I managed to turn things around though. I lost 50 pounds. I started eating a whole food plant based diet. I started doing Yoga and got into crossfit. Going on to compete in several competitions. I dabbled in Boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu as well. I also experienced for the first time what it was like to have a really good coach, someone who genuinely cares about your well-being and seeing you thrive. Shout out to Dennis Guerrero, one of my inspirations for getting into the fitness industry.
By this time I was fully immersed in the lifestyle. Learning and doing all the things to make myself and other people healthier, stronger, smarter, faster, kinder, more compassionate, and more resilient. Basically all the things lol. I started training my family and friends. Became a certified personal trainer through NASM and began working at a kickboxing & fitness studio in Carle Place NY.
I quickly grew out of teaching group classes at the kickboxing studio. I realized I was at my best when working with people one on one. There’s something more authentic and impactful when connecting with one person at a time. This is when I transitioned to working with G2 Training in Syosset, NY. When I'm not at G2 I also train people in their homes in Nassau County.
