Experience
My education in holistic fitness comes from the coaches, mentors and friends I've had throughout my entire life. My personal experiences and my passion for living mindfully have led me to study in my spare time as well as become certified through organizations like the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have a background in various fields of fitness & wellness including but not limited to: Strength, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Mobility, Flexibility, Martial Arts, Yoga, Nutritional Coaching, Breath Work, Meditation etc.
Downtime
It's not all about fitness.....
When I'm not doing my daily practices or coaching others I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being outside, photography, and learning ways to help myself and those around me.
