Experience
My education in wellness & fitness comes from my personal experiences, self-study, schooling, the coaches, mentors and friends I've had throughout my entire life. My passion for living mindfully is what motivates me to consistently learn, grow and share my wisdom.

I have studied and practiced in various fields of wellness & fitness including but not limited to: Mindfulness, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Nutrition, Athletics, Philosophy, Martial Arts etc.
Downtime
I don't just teach though.....
I also take great joy in living my day to day life. When I'm not teaching others I like to spend time with my loved ones, be in and around nature, exercise, rest, meditate, photography, biking, writing, painting, creating for the sake of creating and learning new ways to help myself and those around me.
