Professional Fitness Training

My intention with fitness training is to train people whose primary reason for exercising is to improve their overall fitness and well-being. 

 

There are certain types of people that I enjoy working with the most and that I tend to be able to help the best. You and I would be a great fit if one or more of these examples describes you.

You’re the kind of person who has:

 

  • Hobbies or activities you love and want to be able to do throughout your later years in life. 

 

  • A significant other, children or grandchildren that you want to be able to keep up with and or be a positive role model for.

 

  • A desire to learn how to eat in a way that works for your body and increases your energy throughout the day.

 

  • A spiritual practice that you commit to regularly and want to add a physical element to compliment it.

 

  • An illness, injury or recovering from an injury and want to make the best out of your circumstances.

 

  • Goals of increasing your strength and physical capabilities.

 

  • An interest in being outdoors, plants, animals or anything having to do with the natural world.

 

  • Been frustrated with the fitness industry as a whole and are looking for a different more holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

 

  • Hit a personal rock bottom. You have realized that how you are living just isn't working for you and that you have a deep desire to make big changes in your life. Right now. And you want someone to help guide you through that change.

My Approach

I use physical exercise, mindfulness and discussion as tools to help people achieve their goals.   

 

I take a practical approach to fitness.  I like to keep things simple for myself and my clients. I put a focus on my client’s goals. No complex routines, performing circus tricks or doing anything unrelated to improving overall fitness & well-being. Exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be complicated.

 

I offer many forms of training. I work with each of my clients in slightly different ways because of course each person requires something unique to them to facilitate effective change. My training comes in the form of virtual, digital and in person formats. We’ll work together and find what works best for you.
